What is DMpro?
DMpro is a multi-platform social media campaign automation platform built by brandID.
At its core, DMpro is a system that listens for events on your social accounts (comments, DMs, story replies, button taps, form submissions, bot commands) and responds automatically according to a flow you designed once. That flow can send a text reply, deliver a product card, share an affiliate link, ask a follow-up question, or hand the conversation off to an AI agent, and it works across six platforms from a single workspace.
Instead of running six separate bots (a ManyChat for Instagram, a chatbot for Facebook Messenger, a separate one for WhatsApp, a third for Telegram, and manually replying on TikTok and LinkedIn), you use one dashboard. Instead of copying links into hundreds of DMs a day, you build a keyword trigger and let it fire forever.
DMpro is built on top of the official APIs of each platform: the Instagram Graph API, TikTok Business Messaging, LinkedIn’s OAuth developer platform, Meta’s Messenger and WhatsApp Business APIs, and the Telegram Bot API. It never asks for your social media password, and every connection uses OAuth so you can revoke access at any time from the platform’s own security settings.
The audience is broad. Creators use it for giveaways and lead magnets. E-commerce brands use it to send product recommendations from a Shopify or WooCommerce catalog. Agencies use it to run the same flow across dozens of client accounts. Community managers use it for FAQ bots and Telegram onboarding. Affiliate marketers use it as a keyword-triggered link dispatcher with click tracking baked in.
The problem DMpro solves
Every social media account past a certain size hits the same wall: too many messages, too many replicating tasks, too little revenue tracking. DMpro takes each of those pains and automates them.
| Manual pain | DMpro solution |
|---|---|
| Replying to every “LINK?” comment on a viral Reel | Comment-to-DM automation with keyword matching. One trigger. Every “LINK?” gets an instant DM with your affiliate link. |
| Losing sales because DMs arrive hours or days late | Instant automated responses, with configurable delays (1s to hours) if you want a “human typing” feel. |
| No visibility into which links your fans actually click | Built-in affiliate link click tracking. Every {{affiliate_link}} token is uniquely tagged. Click counts show in Overview and per-campaign. |
| Running six separate tools for six social platforms | One workspace: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram. One flow builder for all of them. |
| Repetitive FAQ questions clogging your DMs | AI Response steps that read your context documents and answer FAQs in your brand voice. Continuous or one-time modes. |
| Agency work: same campaign on 20 client accounts | Campaign invitations. Invite collaborators or clients to share a flow. Runs on each of their connected accounts. |
| Story replies vanishing before you see them | Story Reply trigger captures every reply the moment it hits, routes to your automation. |
| No way to attach product cards or checkout links | Commerce blocks that send product cards with images, price, buy-now link. Pulls from your Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, or CSV catalog. |
Who uses DMpro?
DMpro was designed for five distinct personas, each with different automation needs.
Creators & influencers
Giveaways, lead magnets, collab inquiries, story reply promos. Handle 10,000 DMs on a viral post without touching the keyboard.
E-commerce brands
Product recommendations from Shopify or WooCommerce catalog, tracked checkout links, abandoned-conversation nudges.
Agencies
Run the same campaign flow across multiple client accounts. Invite team members, share flow logic, keep individual account data private.
Community managers
FAQ bots, support menus, Telegram onboarding flows, private group access via referral deep links.
Affiliate marketers
Keyword comment capture with tracked offer links. See which content, keyword, and platform drive the most clicks and revenue.
How DMpro works: the 5-step core loop
Every automation in DMpro follows the same five-step pattern. Once you understand this loop, you understand the entire platform.
Five steps, six platforms, one workspace. Once a campaign is Active, DMpro handles the loop 24/7.
Step 1: Connect. Link Instagram Professional, TikTok Business, LinkedIn, a Facebook Page, WhatsApp Business, or a Telegram bot to your workspace. Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp use Meta’s OAuth. TikTok uses its Business Messaging OAuth. LinkedIn uses its own OAuth. Telegram uses a bot token from BotFather.
Step 2: Build. Open the campaign builder for that platform. Drag trigger blocks and action blocks onto the visual canvas. Wire them together with delays, filters, and branches. A campaign can be as simple as one trigger and one reply, or as complex as a multi-branch conversational tree.
Step 3: Publish. Toggle the campaign to Active. DMpro subscribes to real-time webhook events from the platform. From this point, every matching event fires your flow.
Step 4: Automate. When a fan performs the trigger action (drops a comment, sends a DM, taps a Messenger button), DMpro matches your campaign, applies delays and rules, and sends outbound messages. This runs 24/7 without you being online.
Step 5: Monitor. The Overview dashboard shows a live activity feed of every trigger and response. You can jump into any conversation, read the full thread, and reply manually if needed.
Supported platforms: all six, one workspace

Campaign flow builder
Visual canvas. Drag, drop, connect. Every automation lives here.
The campaign builder is where every DMpro flow is designed. It’s a visual canvas with a block palette on the left, a live preview on the right (for platforms that support it), and a wire-based flow in the middle. Think Figma-meets-Zapier for social messaging.
Palette blocks are grouped into three types:
- Triggers start a flow. Every campaign begins with exactly one trigger block. Trigger types vary by platform (see the matrix above).
- Actions do something outbound. Send text, send an image, send a product card, insert an affiliate link, send a location, respond with AI.
- Shared Logic blocks work on every platform: delay (wait N seconds/minutes), condition/branch (if fan matches a filter, go left; otherwise, right), set variable, tag conversation, call webhook.
You wire blocks together by dragging from one output node to another block’s input. Multiple branches are fine, and you can nest conditions as deep as you need. There’s no code, no scripting.
Live preview is available for platforms with rich media (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram). As you edit blocks on the canvas, the preview simulates how the flow will look on that platform’s actual UI, so you’re not guessing what the fan will see.
Canvas tips: zoom with the mouse wheel, pan with space+drag or middle-mouse-drag, use the mini-map in the bottom-right for large flows, right-click any block for duplicate/delete/copy shortcuts.
Example flow: “LINK” comment triggers a DM with tracked affiliate link, waits 30 seconds, then hands off to AI Response for follow-up questions.
Templates library
Pre-built campaign blueprints. Copy, edit, ship in minutes.
Templates are the fastest way to get to a working campaign. Instead of dragging blocks onto a blank canvas, you pick a template that already has the trigger, actions, delays, and copy configured. You just swap in your keywords, product images, and links.
Common templates in the library:
- Instagram Comment-to-DM link delivery. The classic “drop LINK for the freebie” flow. Trigger plus tracked-link DM plus follow-up thanks message.
- Instagram Story reply lead magnet. Fan replies to your story, DMpro sends them a PDF, link, or email opt-in.
- Facebook Lead-ad follow-up. Meta Lead Ads submission triggers a Messenger DM within 60 seconds.
- WhatsApp new customer welcome. First inbound WhatsApp message triggers a menu with FAQ options.
- Telegram bot menu with referral tracking. Users start the bot via a tracked referral deep link, DMpro tracks source and delivers a personalized menu.
- Multi-platform product recommendation flow. Uses your Shopify catalog to send matching product cards based on a keyword filter.
Save your own custom templates. Once you’ve built and tested a flow that works, save it as a custom template. Reuse it on another account, share it with your team, or make it the standard flow for a new product launch.
During onboarding, DMpro offers a template picker so you can start with a working example on your very first campaign.
Integrations & product catalogs
Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, 40+ stores, and CSV. Any product becomes a card.
DMpro can pull product data from your store and use it as ready-to-send cards inside any flow. That means your fans can browse your top-sellers, filter by category, and hit checkout from inside Instagram DMs, WhatsApp threads, or Messenger conversations.
Supported store connections:
- Shopify. OAuth-based one-click connect. Full product sync (title, image, price, variants, inventory). Auto-updates when products change.
- WooCommerce. API-key-based connect. Same product sync as Shopify.
- Etsy. OAuth. Pulls active listings.
- 40+ additional stores. Via the Integrations catalog: BigCommerce, Wix, Squarespace Commerce, Ecwid, Volusion, and more.
- Custom CSV upload. If your store isn’t listed, upload a CSV with columns for title, image URL, price, and product URL. Cards render the same way.
- Meta Commerce catalog. For Instagram Shop-enabled accounts, use the native Meta catalog directly.
Product cards include image, title, description, price, and a Buy Now button that opens your checkout. The Buy Now URL is automatically wrapped in your affiliate tracking parameter, so you can see which card in which flow drove which sale.
Disconnect any store from Integrations > Connected stores. Your existing campaigns keep the last-synced product data but stop receiving updates.
Affiliate link tracking
Every {{affiliate_link}} token is uniquely tagged. Click counts show in Overview.
DMpro’s built-in affiliate tracking removes the biggest blind spot in DM automation: not knowing which link works. Every time you drop the {{affiliate_link}} token into a message block, DMpro replaces it at send time with a uniquely tagged short URL that redirects through DMpro’s link tracker before landing on your destination.
What gets tracked:
- Click count per campaign, per platform, per day
- Click count per specific message block (if you have multiple links in one flow)
- Approximate click-through rate (clicks divided by matched triggers)
- Trend over time (charts on the Overview page)
Configuring the affiliate source. For each campaign or workspace, you set the base URL that {{affiliate_link}} resolves to. This can be an Amazon Attribution link, a Shopify checkout URL, a landing page, or any tracked URL your affiliate program provides. DMpro appends the tracking parameters on top.
Best practices:
- Use one affiliate link per campaign, not per message. It makes attribution clean and readable.
- For Amazon sellers, use Amazon Attribution tags as the base URL to also earn the ~10% Brand Referral Bonus.
- For Shopify stores, use UTM-tagged product URLs, then match by UTM in Shopify Analytics.
- Never hardcode the same URL across multiple campaigns; you lose attribution granularity.
AI Response
Context-aware AI that reads your docs, catalog, and instructions. Answers in your voice.
AI Response is DMpro’s built-in AI conversational block. You add it to any flow, tell it what tone and voice to use, feed it context documents (about your brand, products, FAQ, shipping policy), and it handles the freeform conversation.
Two response modes:
- One-time response. AI sends one reply, then the flow ends or continues to the next block. Good for triage: “Which category are you interested in?” then routes to a category-specific card.
- Continuous conversation. AI stays in the conversation and keeps replying to whatever the fan writes back. Every subsequent message flows through the same AI block until you cut it off with a stop condition (keyword, time, or explicit block).
Context documents. Upload PDFs, paste raw text, or link URLs. DMpro chunks and embeds them so the AI can retrieve the right information for each question. Common uploads: product catalog descriptions, FAQ pages, shipping policy, return policy, brand voice guidelines.
AI credits and billing. Every AI response consumes credits. Free plans get $3 in AI credits per month. Pro plans include a much larger monthly allowance plus pay-as-you-go overage. Credits are consumed based on the size of context sent plus the length of the response generated. You can see credit balance in Settings > Billing.
AI Response is where DMpro really pulls ahead of ManyChat and legacy chatbot tools: you’re not writing decision trees anymore, you’re giving your assistant a briefing.
Conversations inbox
Every thread, every platform, one place. Reply manually or let AI handle it.
The Conversations tab is a unified inbox for every message DMpro has sent or received. Threads are grouped by fan across all connected platforms, so you can see the full conversation history with one person even if they’ve messaged you on both Instagram and WhatsApp.
Thread features:
- AI-generated messages are tagged so you can tell which replies were automated and which were from a human on your team.
- Reply manually from inside DMpro. Your manual reply is sent through the platform’s official API just like the automated ones.
- Affiliate context shows in each thread: which campaign, which trigger, which link was sent, and whether it was clicked.
- Ignored webhooks section shows fan messages that didn’t match any active campaign, so you can catch missed opportunities.
The inbox is also where humans on your team pick up where the AI leaves off. If AI Response replies to a question but the fan follows up with something the AI can’t handle confidently, a team member can jump in from the inbox.
Collaboration & invitations
Share campaigns with team members or clients. Run the same flow on their accounts.
DMpro’s invitation system is what makes it usable at agency scale. Instead of duplicating a campaign 20 times for 20 client accounts, you build the flow once and invite each client (or team member) to run it on their own connected account.
Two invite modes:
- Email invite. You add a collaborator by email; they receive a link, sign in (or create an account), and the shared campaign appears in their workspace. They can enable it on their own connected account.
- Public share link. Generate a link that anyone can click to accept the invitation. Useful for open programs, ambassador flows, or affiliate programs where you want to onboard many people at once.
Wait for invites start mode. Some campaigns are designed to only start once an invited collaborator has accepted. This lets you build a campaign for a client while their onboarding is still in progress, and it activates the moment they connect.
Manage invitations from the Invitations tab: pending, accepted, revoked. You can revoke access anytime; the campaign stops firing on that account instantly.
For Pro plans, seats are unlimited, so you can add every member of your agency and every client you serve without a per-seat cost.
Dashboard & analytics
Live activity feed, usage meters, performance charts, service health.
The Overview page (/dashboard) is the daily home base. It packs five kinds of data into one screen:
- KPI tiles at the top: messages sent this week, active campaigns, affiliate clicks, trend arrows.
- Live activity feed on the left: every trigger and every automated response, streamed in real time. You literally watch fans engaging with your automations second by second.
- Performance charts in the middle: message volume over time, click-through rate per campaign, top-performing platforms.
- Usage meters on the right: conversation quota used this month, AI credits remaining, seat count. This is where you’ll see if you’re about to hit your Free-plan limit.
- Quick actions: buttons for New Campaign, Connect Account, Browse Templates, Contact Support.
Service health indicators at the bottom show DMpro’s own uptime, plus the connection health of each platform: Instagram Graph API status, WhatsApp Business API status, Meta webhook subscription status. If Meta is having an outage, you’ll see it here before your automations misfire.
Overview page: KPI tiles, live activity feed, usage meters, service health. Real-time updates.
Six real-world scenarios
DMpro isn’t a hypothetical. Here are the exact flows that creators, brands, and agencies run today.
Viral Reel to affiliate revenue
Your Reel on “the best cold brew coffee maker” goes viral. Thousands of “LINK?” comments pour in.
Story reply lead magnet
You post an Instagram Story: “Reply YES to get my free 20-page skincare guide.” Every reply auto-DMs the PDF.
Telegram FAQ bot
Your online course community has 5,000 members asking the same 15 questions. AI Response answers them all instantly on Telegram.
White-label campaign across 20 clients
Agency builds a “Black Friday comment-to-DM” flow once, invites 20 client accounts, all fire simultaneously on their own Instagram Reels.
WhatsApp catalog concierge
New WhatsApp customer says “hi.” Bot sends a menu of product categories, then delivers product cards straight from your Shopify catalog.
Facebook Lead Ad to Messenger DM
Meta Lead Ad captures name and email. Within 60 seconds, DMpro sends the fan a Messenger DM with the free trial link.
Security & privacy: password-free by design
Official OAuth. No passwords. Revocable anytime.
DMpro uses the official Instagram Graph, TikTok Business Messaging, LinkedIn OAuth, Meta Messenger, WhatsApp Business, and Telegram Bot APIs. You never share your social media password with DMpro.
Every account connection happens on the platform’s own login screen. When you connect Instagram, you’re logging in to Meta, not DMpro. Meta shows you exactly which permissions DMpro is requesting, you approve, and Meta hands DMpro a token that DMpro uses to send messages on your behalf.
You can revoke DMpro’s access anytime from your platform’s own security settings: Instagram/Facebook/WhatsApp via Meta Business Settings, TikTok from TikTok Business Center, LinkedIn from LinkedIn Permitted Apps, Telegram by deleting the bot in BotFather. The moment you revoke, DMpro can no longer send or receive messages on that account.
All webhooks are signed and verified. All data in transit uses TLS 1.2+. Conversation data is stored encrypted at rest. DMpro is GDPR-compliant with a Data Processing Agreement available on request.

How conversations are counted. A “conversation” is a unique 24-hour messaging window with a fan. If the same fan messages you 10 times in one day, that counts as one conversation. If they come back 3 days later, that’s a new conversation.
Redeem a gift code from the Plans page to add bonus conversations or AI credits. Enterprise contracts can also custom-price by conversation count.
Pros and cons
No tool is perfect. Here’s where DMpro shines and where you should still consider alternatives.
Pros
- Only tool that covers all 6 platforms. Most competitors (ManyChat, MobileMonkey, Chatfuel) are Instagram or Facebook only, or Instagram or WhatsApp only. DMpro adds TikTok, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
- Built-in affiliate link tracking means you don’t need a separate link shortener plus click tracker plus attribution tool.
- AI Response is production-grade. Not a scripted chatbot; a genuinely useful assistant that reads your context docs.
- Free plan is actually usable (250 conversations plus $3 AI credits) instead of a 7-day trial.
- Agency-friendly invite model: one flow, many clients, no per-seat cost on Pro.
- Official OAuth on every platform, so no scraping, no shadow-banning risk.
- Ships with 40+ store integrations for product cards.
Considerations
- TikTok is text-only at the moment; no image or video sends. This is a TikTok API limitation, not a DMpro one, but it applies.
- LinkedIn DM triggers coming soon, not live yet. Today, only Comment-on-Post works on LinkedIn.
- WhatsApp 24-hour messaging window applies to all WhatsApp Business API tools; you can only proactively message a user if they’ve messaged you in the last 24 hours (or you use a paid template).
- Meta rate limits apply to all Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp automations. DMpro respects them, but if you push volume high enough, you may hit Meta caps regardless of your DMpro plan.
- Free plan AI credits are small ($3). If AI Response is central to your flow, plan on Pro from day one.
Setup walkthrough: from zero to first campaign in 15 minutes
The whole setup process, end to end. No skipped steps.
Step 1: Create your account. Go to dmpro.brandid.app/signin. Choose email plus password, magic link, Google, Instagram-only, or TikTok-only sign-in. Verify your email if prompted.
Step 2: Land on onboarding. You’ll see platform cards for each of the six supported networks. Pick the first one you want to automate, usually Instagram or WhatsApp.
Step 3: Connect your first account. Click Connect on the platform card. A popup opens on the platform’s own OAuth page (Meta for Instagram/Facebook/WhatsApp, TikTok Business, LinkedIn OAuth). Approve the permissions. For Telegram, create a bot via BotFather, copy the token, paste it into DMpro.
Step 4: Confirm connection. The platform card should now show “Connected” with a recent last-sync timestamp. If it doesn’t, check the troubleshooting guide.
Step 5: Choose a template (or skip). Click “Browse templates” for a working example, or “Continue to dashboard” to start blank.
Step 6: Build your first campaign. From Overview, click “New Campaign.” Pick a platform. Pick a trigger. Add message actions. Save.
Step 7: Test in preview. For platforms with live preview (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram), open the preview panel and simulate the trigger. Verify the response looks right.
Step 8: Toggle Active. Publish the campaign. Webhooks activate; DMpro starts listening for real events.
Step 9: Fire a real test. On Instagram, drop the trigger keyword as a comment on one of your own posts from a different account. Watch the Overview live feed. You should see the trigger fire within 1 to 3 seconds.
Step 10: Iterate. Refine copy. Add branches. Connect more accounts. Save the flow as a template if you want to reuse it.
Total time from account creation to a working, tested comment-to-DM flow on Instagram: usually 12 to 18 minutes if you use a template, 25 to 40 minutes from scratch.
Frequently asked questions
Is DMpro compliant with Instagram’s terms of service? Yes. DMpro uses the official Instagram Graph API for Business/Creator accounts, which Instagram itself provides for exactly this purpose. Automations that stay within Meta’s messaging rules are fully compliant.
Can I use DMpro with a personal Instagram account? No. Instagram’s Graph API requires a Professional (Business or Creator) account connected to a Facebook Page. Convert your account first (it’s free), then connect.
What happens when I hit the 250-conversation Free limit? New conversations are queued and will resume next month, OR you can upgrade to Pro mid-cycle and they start firing immediately.
Does DMpro send messages 24/7 or only when I’m online? 24/7. Once a campaign is Active, DMpro’s webhook servers run around the clock. You can sleep and it still works.
Can I connect multiple Instagram accounts? Yes, unlimited connected accounts on every plan. What differs is how many accounts can be used per campaign: Free plan is 1 account per campaign, Pro is unlimited.
What if the AI Response gets something wrong? The conversation appears in your inbox with the AI tag. A human on your team can jump in and correct, override, or continue the conversation from there.
Can I export my conversation data? Yes, from Settings > Privacy & Data. GDPR-compliant export includes threads, campaign data, and metadata.
What happens if I disconnect a social account? Campaigns that used that account pause. Reconnect anytime and they resume.
Do I need to code? No. Everything is visual. The only “code-adjacent” concept is the {{affiliate_link}} token and webhook actions, both fully documented.
Is there an API? Yes, for Enterprise plans. Contact sales for the API docs and rate limits.
