Official LinkedIn Marketing API — no password requiredDMpro connects to LinkedIn through the official LinkedIn Marketing Developer Platform using OAuth 2.0. You log in on LinkedIn’s own screen — DMpro never receives your LinkedIn password. Revoke access any time under LinkedIn Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services.
Connect LinkedIn
- Go to
/settings#accounts. - Click Connect with LinkedIn.
- Sign in as a LinkedIn Page admin (organization admin required).
- Authorize Community Management API scopes.
- Confirm Page name and Connected status.
Comment on Post trigger
- Open
/campaigns/linkedin/new. - Drag Comment on Post trigger (only trigger available).
- Set keyword match on comment text.
- Add Reply on comment for public acknowledgment.
- Add Call webhook to POST commenter data to your CRM or Slack.
Send DM (Coming soon)
- Send DM appears in palette with subtitle Coming soon · LinkedIn partner API pending.
- Block is disabled — do not build flows dependent on LinkedIn DMs until enabled.
- Use Reply on comment + webhook for current automation needs.
Webhook action setup
- Drag Call webhook onto canvas after trigger.
- Enter HTTPS URL and optional JSON body template.
- Payload includes comment text, commenter profile URL, post URN, and campaign metadata.
- Test with Send test webhook in inspector.
Publish LinkedIn campaign
- Select connected LinkedIn Page account.
- Set post scope if limiting to specific company posts.
- Click Publish campaign.
- Comment with keyword on a company post to verify Reply on comment fires.
