Sign In & Onboarding

Create an account with email and password

1. Open https://dmpro.brandid.app or navigate to /signin?step=signup.
2. On the sign-in page (branded with dmpro-logo-coral-bg.svg), enter your Email and Password, then click Create account.
3. If prompted, complete email verification at /verify-email — check your inbox and click the verification link.
4. After verification you land on Onboarding at /onboarding.

Sign in with a magic link

1. Go to /signin and choose Magic link.
2. Enter your email and click Send magic link.
3. Open the email within 15 minutes and click the link — you are redirected to /signin/verify.
4. You arrive at /dashboard or /onboarding depending on account state.

Sign in with Google

1. On /signin, click Continue with Google.
2. Complete Google OAuth in the popup — callback route: /signin/google/callback.
3. New users go to /onboarding; returning users go to /dashboard.

Sign in with Instagram only

1. On /signin, click Continue with Instagram.
2. Authorize your Instagram Professional (Business or Creator) account via Meta OAuth — callback: /signin/instagram/callback.
3. DMpro creates a workspace linked to that Instagram profile. Connect additional platforms later from Settings → Connected accounts (/settings#accounts).

Sign in with TikTok only

1. On /signin, click Continue with TikTok.
2. Authorize TikTok Business Messaging via OAuth — callback: /signin/tiktok/callback.
3. You land on /onboarding to connect more accounts or continue to the dashboard.

Reset your password

1. From /signin, click Forgot password?
2. Enter your email on /reset-password and submit.
3. Click the reset link in your email, set a new password, then sign in at /signin?step=signin.

Sign out

1. Open Settings (/settings) from the sidebar.
2. Scroll to the profile area or use the account menu in the header.
3. Click Sign out — you return to /signin.

Onboarding appears at /onboarding immediately after first sign-up.

Step 01 — Connect your social accounts

1. Read the headline: Connect your social accounts. (Step indicator shows 01 / 01).
2. Review platform cards: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram. (WhatsApp is connected later from Settings — see Section 2.10.)
3. Click Connect with Instagram (or the equivalent Connect with TikTok, Connect with LinkedIn, Connect with Meta for Facebook, Connect Telegram).
4. Complete the OAuth popup (Telegram opens a Bot token modal instead — see Section 2.11).
5. When the card shows Connected with a green check and last-sync time, repeat for other platforms or proceed.
6. Click Skip for now to go directly to /dashboard, or Continue (enabled after at least one connection) to browse templates.

Continue to templates from onboarding

1. After connecting an account, click Continue.
2. You arrive at /templates?source=onboarding (or with query flags like ?instagram=connected).
3. Pick a starter template (see Section 2.12) or click Start from scratch to open /campaigns/{platform}/new.
4. The onboarding picker pre-filters templates for your connected platform.

Skip onboarding and connect later

1. Click Skip for now on /onboarding.
2. Open Settings → Connected accounts (/settings#accounts).
3. Click + Connect Instagram, + Connect TikTok, or the equivalent button for each platform.
4. Confirm each account shows Connected before publishing campaigns.
