Route: /conversations — sidebar item Conversations.

Browse conversation threads

1. Click Conversations in sidebar.
2. Threads grouped by fan across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram).
3. Filter by platform, campaign, or unread status.
4. Click a thread to open message history.

Read AI-generated messages

1. AI replies show AI tag badge in thread.
2. Hover for model and token usage summary (Pro accounts).
3. Continuous AI sessions show thread continuity indicator.

Ignored webhooks

1. Some inbound events appear as Ignored webhook rows when no campaign matched.
2. Reasons: keyword mismatch, paused campaign, frequency cap, Must follow account rule failed.
3. Click Ignored badge for detail — use to debug trigger keywords.

Affiliate context in threads

1. Outbound messages containing tracked links show Affiliate icon.
2. Click to see destination URL and click status for that fan.
3. Cross-reference with campaign Affiliate clicks total on /campaigns.

Reply manually

1. Open thread — type in Reply composer at bottom (where platform API allows).
2. Manual replies count toward conversation limits.
3. Some platforms restrict automated vs manual windows — banner explains constraints.

Plan requirement: Influencer & brand collaboration requires Pro or Enterprise (excluded on Free).

Invite collaborator by email

1. Open campaign at /campaigns/{id}/manage.
2. Click Invite collaborators in header.
3. Enter email address — DMpro sends Campaign invite email.
4. Recipient accepts at /campaign-invite deep link.
5. Their Instagram/TikTok/Telegram account joins the campaign.

Share invite link

1. In Invite collaborators modal, click Copy invite link.
2. Share link externally — opens /campaign-invite?token=....
3. Invitee connects their social account and joins campaign.

Wait for invites start mode

1. When creating multi-account campaign, enable Wait for invites start mode.
2. Campaign stays in Pending invites status until all invited accounts accept.
3. Publish is blocked until pending invites resolve — validation banner lists outstanding invites.
4. View pending/sent invites on /campaigns/invitations.

Manage invitations

1. Click Invitations in sidebar.
2. Received tab — invites from other DMpro users.
3. Sent tab — invites you issued.
4. Unseen invites show badge count on sidebar Invitations item.
