Official Meta Graph API for Facebook Pages, no password requiredDMpro connects to Facebook Pages through the official Meta Graph API. Authorization happens on Facebook’s own login screen, and DMpro never sees your password. You control which Pages DMpro can access and can revoke access any time from Facebook → Business Integrations.
Connect Facebook Page
- Go to
/settings#accountsor/onboarding. - Click Connect with Meta on the Facebook card.
- Meta OAuth popup, grant Page messaging and engagement permissions.
- Select the Facebook Page you administer.
- Confirm Connected with Page name and profile picture.
Comment on Page Post trigger
- Open
/campaigns/facebook/new. - Drag Comment on Page Post trigger.
- Set keyword and post scope (all posts, specific post, next post).
- Add Reply on comment for a public response and/or Private reply to message the commenter directly in Messenger, even if they’ve never messaged your Page before.
Direct Message trigger
- Drag Direct Message trigger for inbound Messenger messages.
- Set keyword filter.
- Chain Send DM, Send attachment, Send cards, Send products, or Call webhook. Facebook doesn’t support the AI Response action yet: the builder may show the block, but a published Facebook campaign won’t send an AI-generated reply.
Postback button trigger
- Drag Postback button trigger.
- Enter the Postback payload string matching your Messenger template button.
- Flow runs when user taps that button in an existing Messenger conversation.
Messenger referral trigger
- Drag Messenger referral trigger.
- Fires when user opens Messenger via m.me link or Click-to-Messenger ad.
- Optional: set Referral ref parameter to match specific ad campaigns.
Lead ad form trigger
- Drag Lead ad form trigger.
- Connect to Facebook Lead Ads, flow starts when user submits the form.
- Send thank-you Send DM with offer link or Call webhook to CRM.

Facebook campaigns don’t support a “must follow” ground rule, available on some other platforms. Comment and DM triggers run for any matching fan regardless of follow status.
Built Messenger template campaigns before this update? Rebuild them using the current Send DM or Private reply action with a Messenger template attached; the older template setup is no longer supported.

- Select connected Page in header.
- Resolve validation errors.
- Click Publish campaign.
