Sign In & Account

Create a DMpro account, sign in inside the extension, and manage multiple Instagram or TikTok accounts.

Two ways to create a DMpro account:

  • From inside the extension: after installing, click the DMpro icon, then Create account in the side panel. Enter your email and pick a password.
  • From the web app: sign up at the DMpro web app and then sign in from the extension.

Either way you’ll land in the same account. Your account holds your AI credits, saved custom prompt templates, and target lists.

  1. Click the DMpro icon to open the side panel
  2. Tap Sign in
  3. Enter your email and password
  4. The panel switches to the dashboard view showing your credits, campaigns, and recent activity

If you don’t have an account yet, tap Create account on the same screen.

Yes. The sign-in screen offers Continue with Google as an alternative to email + password. One click, no password to remember, and if you sign out you can sign back in the same way.

Your Google account is used only for authentication. DMpro doesn’t get access to your Gmail, Drive, or any other Google service, only your name and email to identify the account.

Yes. DMpro operates in your current browser session, so:

  • Switch Instagram account in Instagram itself. DMpro follows the account you’re signed in with.
  • Use Chrome profiles to run multiple Instagram accounts simultaneously. Install DMpro in each Chrome profile and sign in to the corresponding Instagram account there.
  • Same idea for TikTok.

Note the safety and account limits article: even though DMpro can run on many accounts, each account has its own daily safety cap that you should respect.

Open the side panel, tap the account menu (usually your avatar in the corner), and choose Sign out. The panel returns to the sign-in screen. Your local prompt templates and lists are cleared on sign-out and re-loaded when you sign back in.

Signing out of DMpro does not sign you out of Instagram or TikTok, those are separate.

On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password?. Enter your email and DMpro sends you a reset link. Click the link, choose a new password, and sign back in.

If you signed up with Google, you don’t have a password to reset, just sign in with Google again.

If the reset email doesn’t arrive, check spam and confirm you typed the correct email. If you’re still stuck, contact support.
