Every new account starts with 10 free AI generations, no credit card required. That covers:

Full access to the side panel interface
Instagram + TikTok profile reading
AI message generation (~10 draft/regenerate actions)

Manual DM and email send

Enough to try the core flow and decide if DMpro fits your outreach process before you upgrade.

One AI generation = one credit. This includes:

Drafting a message on a new profile
Regenerating a message on the same profile
Each personalized send in a bulk campaign

Credits do not get consumed by:

Just opening the side panel
Extracting emails from bios
Editing an already-drafted message

Free accounts get 10 credits at signup. Paid plans refresh credits every billing cycle.

DMpro uses Stripe for all paid subscriptions and one-time purchases:

You enter your card details on Stripe’s secure checkout page (not DMpro’s)
Recurring subscriptions bill monthly on the anniversary date
You get a receipt by email after every payment
You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings

DMpro never stores your full card number, that lives with Stripe.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings:

Upgrade: takes effect immediately, extra credits added, remaining time on current plan pro-rated.
Downgrade: takes effect at your next billing date to avoid losing time you already paid for.

Cancel any time; you keep access through the end of the current billing cycle, then fall back to the free plan.

Once your credit balance hits zero:

The AI stops drafting new messages until credits refresh (monthly on paid plans) or you upgrade
The side panel keeps working for profile reading, email extraction, and manual editing
Bulk campaigns pause automatically when out of credits

Free accounts see this after 10 generations. Paid accounts rarely hit the limit within a month if the plan is sized for their usage.

DMpro offers refunds within a limited window after each new subscription (typically 7-14 days). After that window, refunds are not standard.

For refund requests, contact support with your account email and order details. Enterprise / annual contracts have separate refund terms in their agreement.
