Privacy & Security
No Instagram or TikTok passwords, no data selling, Stripe-secured payments, and clear data handling.
No. DMpro never asks for your Instagram or TikTok password. It works with your existing signed-in browser session, the same one you use when you log in to Instagram or TikTok yourself.
You sign in to those platforms normally in Chrome. DMpro operates in that logged-in tab as a helper. Your platform credentials stay between you and the platform, never touching DMpro’s servers.
Only your DMpro account credentials (email + password or Google sign-in) are needed to use DMpro itself. See Sign In & Account.
DMpro collects only what it needs to operate:
- Your DMpro account details: email, password (hashed), name
- Your saved settings: prompt templates, campaigns, target lists
- Send history: which handles you pitched and with what message, timestamps, delivery status
- Usage stats: credit usage, campaign volume, so we can bill you correctly
DMpro does not collect: your Instagram or TikTok credentials, private DMs, general browsing history, or data from sites other than Instagram and TikTok.
No. DMpro does not sell or share user data with third parties. Specifically:
- Your account info stays private
- Your target lists stay in your account
- Your sent messages are visible only to you
- We don’t feed your data to any advertising network or data broker
Third parties we do use are limited to essential infrastructure (payments via Stripe, cloud hosting) governed by their own privacy policies.
All payments are processed via Stripe, one of the most trusted payment platforms globally:
- Card details are entered on Stripe’s own hosted checkout, not on DMpro’s servers
- Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant (highest tier)
- Your full card number never touches DMpro; we only get a token
- All payment traffic is TLS-encrypted
See {link(‘plans-and-billing’, ‘plans and billing’)} for the checkout flow.
Your prompt templates, target lists, and campaign data are stored on DMpro’s servers (encrypted at rest, TLS in transit). This is what lets you:
- Access the same campaigns across multiple browsers / Chrome profiles
- See send history and reports even after you close Chrome
- Restore data if you reinstall the extension
Data is retained as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all associated data is removed.
To delete your DMpro account:
- Sign in to DMpro
- Go to account settings
- Choose Delete account
- Confirm
All your data (campaigns, prompt templates, send history, target lists) is removed within 30 days. Backups may take up to 90 days to purge fully.
If you can’t reach the deletion flow for any reason, email support with your account email and request deletion.
