How to create your DMpro account

Create a DMpro account with your email and a 6-digit code, then answer the short onboarding so a starter prompt is ready. It takes about two minutes.

6 stepsUpdated October 2026

Before you start

  • An email address you check regularly
  • A Chrome-based browser (Chrome, Brave, Edge or another Chromium browser)
1

Open the sign-up screen

Go to the DMpro dashboard and choose Sign Up. You can also sign up inside the extension after you install it. The extension and the dashboard share one account, so signing up in one works in the other.

DMpro has no password. You sign in with your email and a 6-digit code.

2

Enter your email

Type your email address and click Continue. DMpro sends your verification codes, receipts and account notices to this address.

You do not need a password, a card, a phone number or your Instagram or TikTok login to create the account.

3

Enter the 6-digit code

Open the email from DMpro and type the 6-digit code on the verification screen. The code expires after 10 minutes. If it has expired, click Resend Code to get a new one.

If no email arrives, wait about a minute, then check your spam and promotions folders and make sure you typed the address correctly.

4

Tell DMpro your name

A new account first asks What should we call you?. Your name is optional. Click Skip for now if you would rather not enter it.

5

Answer the five onboarding steps

Onboarding adds a starter prompt that matches your answers. The footer shows where you are (for example Step 1 of 5), Next stays grayed out until the current step is complete, and Back goes to the previous step.

  1. Persona: Brand, Creator or Business.
  2. Persona details: what each persona needs (see the persona guide).
  3. Platform and country: Instagram, TikTok or both, and your country.
  4. Prompt preview: the starter prompt DMpro will add for you.
  5. Handles: your Instagram and TikTok handles (optional) and a product updates checkbox. Click Finish.
Enter only handles you own. If a handle is already linked to a different DMpro account, this account does not get free credits, a free trial or a gift link.
6

Check your dashboard

After Finish you land on your dashboard. Open Prompts and Messages and you will see your starter prompt marked ACTIVE. The prompt called “Default Prompt” stays as a fallback.

If you closed onboarding before Finish, the dashboard shows Finish setting up your DMpro account with a Continue setup button. Click it to pick up where you stopped.

The dashboard cannot send DMs on its own. Next, install the Chrome extension, which reads profiles and sends the messages.

Tips

  • To change your answers later, click Onboarding at the top of the dashboard and go through the steps again.
  • If you signed up through a gift link, the gifted plan is applied when you click Finish, so complete the onboarding.
  • You only ever need one DMpro account per email. Sign-in on a new device uses the same email and code.

If something goes wrong

The 6-digit code never arrives.

Wait about 60 seconds, then check your spam and promotions folders. Click Resend Code on the verification screen, and check that you typed your email correctly. If your own address sits behind a strict spam filter, try a different email address.

I clicked Skip or closed onboarding and my answers are gone.

Skip and the close button do not save your answers. Click Continue setup on the dashboard, or Onboarding at the top, and go through the steps again.

My new account has no free credits or no free trial.

This happens when a handle you entered is already linked to a different DMpro account. Contact DMpro support with the email you used and the handles on your account, and they review it case by case.
