How to install the DMpro Chrome extension
Install the DMpro extension from the Chrome Web Store, pin it to your toolbar and confirm it opens on an Instagram or TikTok profile. It takes about a minute.
Before you start
- A Chromium-based desktop browser (Chrome, Brave, Edge, Vivaldi, Opera or Arc)
- An Instagram or TikTok account that is already signed in in the same browser
Open the Chrome Web Store listing
The fastest way is the Add to Chrome button on the DMpro home page, invite-extension.dmpro.app. It takes you straight to the DMpro listing.
You can also search the Chrome Web Store for DMpro. The listing is named “DMpro: Instagram DM Bot & TikTok Auto DM”.
Add it to Chrome
On the listing, click Add to Chrome. Chrome shows the permissions DMpro needs: storage, scripting, tabs, the side panel, cookies and access to instagram.com, tiktok.com and the DMpro server. Click Add Extension to confirm.
DMpro uses the session you already have in your browser. It never asks for your Instagram or TikTok password.
Pin DMpro to your toolbar
Chrome hides new extensions behind the puzzle-piece icon. Click the puzzle-piece icon in the top right, find DMpro and click the pin icon next to it. The DMpro icon now stays in your toolbar.
Click the DMpro icon. If you are signed out, click Sign In, enter your email and the 6-digit code that DMpro sends you. If you have no account yet, use Sign Up in the same panel. The sign-in guide covers this step by step.
Check that it works
Open any public Instagram or TikTok profile, for example instagram.com/example or tiktok.com/@example, then click the DMpro icon. You should see:
- the DMpro side panel open on the right,
- Single Profile and Bulk Campaign at the top,
- the profile’s name and bio read into the panel,
- a Generate button (or Fill in if you send your own DM).
On other websites, the icon opens a small window with Instagram and TikTok buttons that take you there.
Look at the account menu
Click your initials at the top right of the panel to open the account menu. It shows the email you are connected as and links to Open Dashboard, Campaigns, Prompts and Messages, Automation settings, AI Assist (MCP), Upgrade Plan and Sign Out. Find Creators also appears when it is available on your account. Your remaining credits show in the header, and you can click them to see upgrade options.
Tips
- DMpro works in any Chromium-based browser that supports Chrome Web Store extensions. Safari and Firefox are not supported.
- You can install DMpro in several browsers. Sign in separately in each one; they all share the same account, credits and prompts.
- Chrome updates extensions by itself. To force an update, open
chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode and click Update.
If something goes wrong
The icon does nothing or the side panel is blank.
Open chrome://extensions and check that the DMpro toggle is on. Click the reload icon on the DMpro card, then restart Chrome. If it still fails, remove DMpro and install it again. Your prompts and settings are stored on the server, so they come back when you sign in.
The panel says to go to a supported profile.
DMpro works on profile pages such as instagram.com/username or tiktok.com/@username. It does not activate on the feed, Explore, a single Reel or video, or your DM inbox. Open a profile, make sure you are signed in to Instagram or TikTok in the same browser and reload the page.
DMpro works in Incognito but not in my normal window.
Another extension in your normal profile is probably blocking it. Ad blockers and privacy extensions are the usual cause. Disable other extensions one at a time and reload the profile after each one to find it, then add an exception for DMpro.
