How to sign in to the DMpro extension
Sign in to the DMpro extension with your email and a 6-digit code. It takes about 30 seconds and there is no password.
Before you start
- The DMpro extension installed and, ideally, pinned to your toolbar
- The email address of your DMpro account (or the email you want to sign up with)
Open the side panel
Click the DMpro icon in the Chrome toolbar. If you do not see it, click the puzzle-piece icon first, then DMpro. The side panel opens on the right. When you are signed out, it shows Sign In at the top.
Enter your email
Click Sign In, type the email address of your DMpro account and click Continue. It is the same email you use on the dashboard. If you have never signed up, click Sign Up instead and DMpro creates the account.
Enter the 6-digit code
DMpro emails you a code, usually within seconds. Type it on the code screen. If your device offers to fill in one-time codes, accept the suggestion.
The code expires after 10 minutes. Click Resend if it did not arrive or has expired.
Add a gift code (optional)
If someone shared a DMpro gift code with you, click Have a gift code? under the email field and type the 10-character code. The panel previews the plan and the number of days the gift grants. The gift activates after you finish signing up.
Finish onboarding if this is your first sign-in
First-time users go through the onboarding steps: persona, persona details, platform and country, prompt preview and handles. Click Finish at the end. Existing users skip this and land on the main screen.
Open the dashboard if you need it
Click your initials at the top right and choose Open Dashboard. It opens the same account in the web dashboard, where you manage prompts, own DMs, campaigns, automation and plans. The extension and the dashboard share one account and the same settings, so you never sign up twice.
Check that you are signed in
The panel now shows your name at the top, your remaining credits, the Single Profile and Bulk Campaign toggle, a message box with your selected prompt and the Generate button.
To sign out later, click your initials at the top right and choose Sign Out. Signing out clears the session on this browser only. Your account, credits and prompts are not deleted.
Tips
- A sign-in lasts 30 days on the same browser and renews each time you use the extension.
- If you use DMpro in more than one browser, sign in separately in each. Each browser has its own session.
- Your initials at the top right also open the account menu, which has Open Dashboard and Automation settings.
If something goes wrong
The code does not arrive or does not work.
Wait 60 seconds and check your spam and promotions folders. Check that you typed the email correctly, then click Resend. Codes expire after 10 minutes, so use the newest one.
The extension says “Session expired”.
Your sign-in ended, for example after 30 days without use. Sign in again with your email and a new code. Your prompts, credits, subscription and campaigns are not affected, because the session is only a login token.
I still cannot sign in.
Sign-in needs a connection to invite-extension.dmpro.app, which some networks and VPNs block. Try another network, update the extension in chrome://extensions (turn on Developer mode, click Update), or remove and reinstall it. If it keeps failing, contact DMpro support with your account email, your Chrome version and a screenshot of the error.
