Email Outreach

Email Finder From Bio

Auto-detect and extract public email addresses from Instagram and TikTok bios during outreach.

When DMpro’s profile reader loads an Instagram profile, it scans the bio text for anything that looks like an email address (a standard pattern like [email protected]). If it finds one, the address is displayed in the side panel and stored with the profile.

These are public emails, the same ones any Instagram user sees when they visit the profile. Creators intentionally put them there to be contacted for business.

From there you can pitch them via DM as usual, or route through cold email sending instead.

Same as Instagram, with TikTok’s bio structure. TikTok bios often have business contact info in a link tree or in the bio itself, and DMpro’s reader scans both patterns.

Some TikTok creators list a “For business inquiries” line with an email address; DMpro picks that up. Others link to a linktree, in which case only the email visible directly on the profile is extracted (DMpro doesn’t chase external links).

Only public emails. DMpro doesn’t:

  • Access private data or hidden fields
  • Scrape data behind logins or paywalls
  • Bypass any platform’s privacy settings
  • Guess or generate emails from usernames

If the email isn’t visible on the public profile page, DMpro doesn’t have it. This is intentional, respecting privacy is baked into the product.

DMpro shows “no email extracted” in the profile reader. Your options:

  • Pitch via DM instead. DMs still work great for profiles without published emails.
  • Skip the profile in your list
  • Manually look for their contact info (their website, their link-in-bio tool, other channels)

For pure cold-email campaigns, filter your target list to profiles you already know have public emails, or run a small extraction pass first to build a filtered list.

Yes. Set up a campaign with just the extraction step (no auto-send), point it at a list of Instagram or TikTok handles, and DMpro processes each one:

  • Visits the profile
  • Extracts the public email if present
  • Adds the row to the campaign log

Then export the campaign as CSV and you have a clean list of handles with their public emails, ready for use in cold email campaigns or elsewhere.

Extracting public emails that creators voluntarily posted on their public profiles for business purposes is generally lawful under most jurisdictions. That said:

  • Cold outreach is regulated (GDPR in the EU, CAN-SPAM in the US, CASL in Canada). Make sure your emails comply: honor unsubscribes, identify yourself, don’t misrepresent.
  • Instagram and TikTok’s terms of service govern how you use their platforms. Respect their rules to keep your accounts.
  • If you’re unsure about a specific jurisdiction or industry, consult a lawyer.

DMpro extracts public data, but responsibility for how you use it stays with you.
