Cold Email Sending
Turn extracted emails into a cold outreach campaign with AI-personalized bodies and safe pacing.
Two paths:
- Per-profile: on any profile where DMpro extracted a public email, the send controls include a Send as email button. Click it and the AI-drafted message goes to that address as a cold email instead of a DM.
- Bulk email campaign: create a new campaign, pick Cold Email as the channel, upload a list of handles (DMpro extracts emails as it processes each), and let the queue send.
Emails go through DMpro’s sending pipeline with proper deliverability setup, not from your personal Gmail.
Yes, and it’s a powerful pattern. Configure the campaign to:
- Attempt DM first
- If no email extracted, stop there
- If email extracted, also send a cold email as a second-touch, optionally after a delay
This multi-channel outreach reaches prospects on whichever medium they respond to. Configure the timing carefully; back-to-back DM + email within seconds can feel spammy.
DMpro operates its own sending infrastructure with:
- Warm sending domains and IPs that have positive deliverability reputation
- SPF, DKIM, DMARC authentication
- Bounce and complaint handling so bad addresses don’t harm your future sends
- Rate limiting to keep sending patterns natural
You don’t set up your own SMTP or Google Workspace, DMpro handles the sending. Replies from your prospects come back to a reply-to address linked to your account.
Deliverability is more about how you write and pace than about DMpro’s infra. Key levers:
- Personalize the subject line, avoid buzzwords like “urgent”, “free”, “guaranteed”
- Keep the message under 100 words. Long walls of text look like spam.
- Include a clear call to action, one thing you want them to do
- Warm up gradually: 10-20 emails a day for week one, ramp slowly
- Respect unsubscribes and don’t email the same person twice too quickly
See troubleshooting if a specific batch is landing in spam.
In the cold email campaign settings, set:
- Delay between sends: 45 to 180 seconds is a safe range
- Daily send cap: 40-80 emails a day for a new sender, up to 200-300 for warmed accounts
- Send window: only send during business hours (9am-6pm local time)
Same principle as DM safety: pacing and volume caps protect your sending reputation.
Every cold email includes:
- Open tracking pixel: fires when the recipient opens the email
- Link tracking: catches clicks on any URL in the message
- Reply detection: if the recipient responds, DMpro logs it against the campaign
Open the campaign in your dashboard to see per-handle open, click, and reply status. Export the campaign for reporting via CSV as with bulk Instagram campaigns.
