All paid plans include Auto-DM sending on Instagram and TikTok from your own logged-in session, plus DMpro’s AI prompts and message generation.

Match your plan to your outreach volume:

  • Under 20 DMs/week: Free or Starter.
  • 20-100 DMs/week: Growth.
  • 100-400 DMs/week: Professional.
  • 400+ DMs/week, or a team: Enterprise.

By persona:

  • Solo creator sending to potential brand partners: Growth is the sweet spot for creators.
  • Brand doing bulk influencer outreach: Professional or Enterprise.
  • Recruiter DMing candidates weekly: Growth or Professional.
  • Agency handling multiple clients: Enterprise, for multi-account support.
  • Trying DMpro out: Free tier.
Not sure yet? Start on Free or a monthly plan, run a few campaigns, and check your usage analytics after a couple of weeks. You can upgrade or switch to annual billing at any time once you know your real volume.

Free costs $0/month and includes 10 generations/month, with full access to core features, limited by that credit count.

What’s included on Free

  • 10 generations per month.
  • Full access to the DMpro extension.
  • Prompts: unlimited count, but only one prompt selected/active at a time.
  • Campaigns of up to 10 usernames each, matching the credit limit.
  • Basic Templates Library.
  • Weekly and monthly usage reports.

What’s not included on Free

  • The AI-Powered Message Writer (Growth and up).
  • Email-in-Bio Scraping (Professional and up).
  • Bulk campaigns beyond 10 usernames.
  • Multiple connected accounts (Professional gets 3, Enterprise gets 10).
  • Priority support.

Credits reset monthly on your signup date, and unused credits do not carry over. There’s no time limit on how long you can stay on Free. Stay on it forever if you want, it’s meant as a way to try DMpro before subscribing.

DMpro’s fingerprint system exists to keep the Free tier available for legitimate new users, by preventing people from signing up multiple times just to collect more free credits.

If you sign up email A with Instagram handle X, then sign up email B with the same handle X, the second account is blocked from free credits. The first account keeps its free 10 credits.

What the block feels like

On the blocked account you’ll see:

  • 0 credits in your balance.
  • A banner: “Multi-account block: this handle is already registered on another DMpro account. Free credits and trial not available. Subscribe to use DMpro.”
  • The ability to buy a subscription or a one-time package to continue.
Legitimate multiple accounts: if you genuinely need more than one DMpro account (a personal email for personal use, a work email for work use), connect a different Instagram or TikTok account to each DMpro account. That way both stay valid without triggering the block.

If you believe you were incorrectly blocked (for example, you legitimately share a browser with a partner), contact support at [email protected], explain the situation, and provide details about both accounts. Support reviews these case-by-case, and blocks are cleared for legitimate cases. See Troubleshooting if you’re seeing a multi-account fingerprint error and aren’t sure why.

Every paid DMpro plan comes in monthly or annual billing. Annual is roughly 20% cheaper per month, and even more for the higher tiers.

PlanMonthly priceAnnual priceAnnual per monthSavings
Starter$19$182$15.1720%
Growth$49$470$39.1720%
Professional$149$950$79.1747%
Enterprise$299$2,390$199.1733%

Professional and Enterprise annual plans have larger discounts than the standard 20%.

Enterprise annual gets a Best Value badge because it includes 50,000 credits/month (versus 30,000 for monthly Enterprise), at $199/month effective versus $299 for monthly, so it’s 33% cheaper and gives you more credits. If you’re already on Enterprise monthly and plan to stay 12 months, switching to annual is a no-brainer.

When to pick monthly

  • You’re new to DMpro and unsure how much you’ll use.
  • You want flexibility to change plans or cancel.
  • You’re on Starter or Growth, where the annual discount isn’t huge.

When to pick annual

  • You’ve used DMpro for at least a few months and know your pattern.
  • You want to lock in the lower rate for a year.
  • You’re on Professional or Enterprise, where the discount is very significant.
  • You have budget certainty for the year.

Trial, cancellation, and switching

  • Trial: monthly plans get a 3-day trial; annual plans get a 5-day trial with double the trial message cap. Pick annual for the longest trial.
  • Monthly cancellation: stops immediately at the end of the current month, with no refund for the remaining month.
  • Annual cancellation: a 7-day money-back guarantee within the first week; after that, no refund, but you keep access until the end of your annual period.
  • Monthly to annual: you can downgrade to annual billing at any time; any unused portion of your current monthly is credited toward your annual.
  • Annual to monthly: not typical. Contact support if you need to switch.

Annual credits refresh monthly rather than being handed out as one lump sum, so a Growth annual plan gets 2,000 credits every month (12 x 2,000 = 24,000 total for the year), same as monthly Growth, just at 20% less cost. Yearly credit purchases don’t stack; each month resets to the tier’s monthly amount. See Billing & Payments for the full refund policy.

Upgrading takes effect immediately. Here’s exactly how it works.

  1. Go to Dashboard → Pricing. You’ll see every plan, with your current plan highlighted.
  2. Click Upgrade to [Plan Name] on the plan you want.
  3. You’re redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter payment details (if you don’t have a saved card) or confirm your existing card. Enter or confirm, then click Pay.

Within seconds of payment: your plan status updates in DMpro, your credit balance updates to the new tier’s monthly allocation (prorated based on how far into the current billing cycle you were), and you get immediate access to the new tier’s features (the AI-Powered Writer for Growth and up, Email-in-Bio for Professional and up, and so on).

Proration

DMpro credits you for the unused portion of your previous plan. So if you upgrade from Starter to Growth 15 days into your monthly cycle, you pay the new plan price ($49), minus a prorated credit for your unused Starter time, for a net charge of less than $49. Stripe handles the math automatically. Your billing date usually stays the same: if you upgrade on the 15th, your next full charge is the 15th of the next month, at the new tier’s price.

Common upgrade paths

  • Free → Starter: you want more than 10 generations/month.
  • Starter → Growth: you need 2,000+ credits/month.
  • Growth → Professional: you need email extraction, data export, or 8,000+ credits.
  • Professional → Enterprise: you need team accounts, higher safety guardrails, or 30,000+ credits.

If you regret upgrading, contact support at [email protected] within 24 hours for a possible full refund. After 24 hours, the standard refund policy applies (see Billing & Payments).

Downgrading is different from upgrading: it takes effect at the end of your current billing period, not immediately.

  1. Go to Dashboard → Payments or Dashboard → Pricing, and find the Downgrade section.
  2. Click Downgrade to [Plan Name].
  3. DMpro shows a confirmation: “You’ll switch to [target plan] at the end of your current period on [date]. Until then you keep [current plan] access.” Click Confirm.

Nothing changes immediately, you keep full current-tier access. At the end of your current period, the downgrade takes effect: your credit balance and features drop to the new tier. For example, if you downgrade from Growth to Starter on March 15th, you keep Growth features and credits until the last day of your current billing period, then switch to Starter on that day.

Your credit balance at downgrade

  • Subscription credits reset to the new (lower) tier’s monthly amount, not your old tier’s.
  • One-time credits are preserved.
  • Any features you lose (like Email-in-Bio Scraping) are disabled.

Downgrading vs. cancelling

Downgrading means moving to a lower paid tier, you still have a subscription. Cancelling means going to the free tier, no subscription at all. Both take effect at the end of your period. To downgrade all the way to Free, go to Dashboard → Payments → Cancel. See Account Management for full cancellation details.

Undoing a downgrade

Before the downgrade takes effect, go to Dashboard → Payments and click Undo Downgrade on the pending downgrade banner. Your subscription continues at the current tier. After a downgrade has taken effect, you can re-upgrade at any time.

What you lose, tier by tier

  • Enterprise → Professional: lose the 10-account limit (drops to 3), lose Account Safety Guardrails, lose priority support.
  • Professional → Growth: lose Email-in-Bio Scraping and Full Data Export, drop from 3 to 2 connected accounts.
  • Growth → Starter: lose the AI-Powered Writer and Premium Generations.

You always keep everything the lower tier includes.

If you’d rather not subscribe, you can buy credits as a one-time package. They never expire.

Package options

  • Starter package: $19 = 200 credits (10.5 credits/$).
  • Growth package: $49 = 1,500 credits (30.6 credits/$).
  • Professional package: $149 = 6,000 credits (40.3 credits/$).
  • Enterprise package: $299 = 15,000 credits (50.2 credits/$).

Higher-tier packages give you more credits per dollar.

They never expire

One-time credits stay in your account until you use them, even if you cancel your subscription or don’t log in for a few months. (The one exception: if you delete your account entirely, any unused credits are lost with it.)

One-time vs. subscribing

  • Buy one-time if: you’re an occasional user, budget-conscious, unsure of your monthly volume, or want zero recurring charges.
  • Subscribe if: you do regular monthly outreach and want a reliable monthly refresh or higher-volume needs.

Combining one-time and subscription credits

Yes, you can have an active subscription and buy one-time packages on top. Both credit pools coexist, and DMpro draws from your subscription credits first, then your one-time credits.

Purchase flow

  1. Go to Dashboard → Pricing, and toggle to One-time.
  2. Pick a package.
  3. Complete Stripe Checkout.
  4. Credits are added instantly.

One-time credits are refundable within 30 days if unused. After 30 days, or if you’ve used any of the credits, they’re not refundable; if you want a partial refund on a package you’ve partly used, contact support at [email protected] and it will be handled case-by-case.

Use one-time packages as an emergency buffer. Subscribe for your baseline monthly needs, and buy a one-time Enterprise package once a year to keep 15,000 credits in reserve for peak season.

Every paid DMpro plan starts with a free trial.

Trial duration

  • Monthly plans: a 3-day trial.
  • Annual plans: a 5-day trial.

Trial length is set at signup and cannot be extended.

Trial message caps

During your trial, DMs are capped by total messages sent during the trial (not per day):

PlanMonthly trial capAnnual trial cap
Starter25 messages50 messages
Growth75 messages150 messages
Professional150 messages300 messages
Enterprise200 messages400 messages

During the trial you get full access to the tier’s features, the trial message cap (often less than the full monthly quota), and the ability to cancel any time.

Charging after the trial

If you don’t cancel, Stripe charges your card on day 4 (monthly) or day 6 (annual). Your subscription starts at the paid tier, and the full monthly credit allocation kicks in (2,000 for Growth, and so on).

Cancelling during the trial

You can cancel any time during the trial with no charge, from Dashboard → Payments → Cancel Trial. You can then continue using DMpro on the free tier (10 credits/month).

Trial eligibility

Free tier users can start a trial. If you’ve already done a trial and cancelled, you may not be eligible for another trial on the same email; contact support if you have a good reason (for example, a business trial).

The trial cap exists to stop you from burning through your first month’s entire credit allocation in a single day, it’s designed to give you a taste of the plan. If you want unlimited volume from day one, contact support about subscribing without the trial.

If you don’t cancel during the trial, DMpro auto-converts you to your chosen paid plan.

Charge timing

Monthly plans are charged on day 4 (start of day, in your local timezone); annual plans are charged on day 6. The charge attempts your saved card. If it fails, see Billing & Payments for how the grace period works.

What changes, and what doesn’t

On the charge day, your trial message cap is replaced with the full monthly credit amount for your tier, visible immediately. All tier features remain enabled, with no change in what you can do. You’ll get a notification email like:

“Your DMpro Growth plan is now active. You’ve been charged $49. Your next billing date is [30 days from now].”

Changing your mind after conversion

If you cancel after the trial converts (Dashboard → Payments → Cancel), monthly plans aren’t refunded for the current month, while annual plans get a 7-day money-back guarantee if you contact support within 7 days. You can also downgrade to a cheaper plan immediately after conversion, from Dashboard → Pricing → Downgrade; the downgrade still takes effect at the end of the current period.

Fingerprint-blocked accounts

If you signed up but got fingerprint-blocked for multi-account abuse, your trial still converts and charges normally, but you won’t have a free-tier fallback if you later cancel.

If your card is declined

Your subscription enters a past_due status, DMpro retries the card 3 more times over 3 days, and if it’s still failing, the subscription is cancelled and your free-tier credits resume.

Once a trial has ended (successfully converted or explicitly cancelled), you can’t restart the same trial. If you cancel and later want to try again, contact support to see if a special trial can be enabled.

Enterprise is DMpro’s top standard tier, at $299/month or $2,390/year (best value). Beyond that, custom Enterprise+ deals are available for large teams.

Standard Enterprise includes

  • 30,000 generations/month (monthly billing) or 50,000/month (annual billing).
  • 10 connected social accounts.
  • Account Safety Guardrails (advanced rate limit management).
  • Priority support, with a 24-hour response SLA.
  • All Professional features.

When to consider custom Enterprise+

Contact [email protected] if you need any of the following:

  • More than 10 connected social accounts.
  • More than 50,000 generations/month.
  • Dedicated support, such as a Slack channel or weekly check-ins.
  • A custom SLA, such as a 99.9% uptime commitment.
  • Custom contract terms (annual with monthly payment, procurement forms, and so on).
  • A team account structure with roles and permissions.
  • API access for automated campaign creation.

Custom Enterprise pricing depends on your monthly generation volume, number of connected accounts, team size and structure, support level required, and contract length. Typical custom Enterprise pricing starts around $999/month for teams doing 100k+ generations.

How to contact sales

Email [email protected] with your company name, estimated monthly volume, team size, use case description, and any specific requirements. You’ll get a response within 1-2 business days with a proposal.

Enterprise onboarding

Custom Enterprise deals include a dedicated onboarding call, custom prompt library setup, integration setup (Ainfluencer and other tools), and a team training session.

Enterprise trial and cancellation

Standard Enterprise gets the standard 3-5 day trial. Custom Enterprise may include an extended trial, typically 14 days, as part of the sales process. Cancellation generally follows the same terms as annual plans: a 7-day money-back guarantee, then you keep access until the end of the contract period (custom contracts may specify different terms in the agreement).

Common Enterprise use cases

  • Media agencies managing 50+ brand campaigns simultaneously.
  • Talent agencies representing large creator rosters.
  • E-commerce brands running weekly influencer campaigns.
  • Sales teams DMing 500+ prospects per week across multiple products.
