The brandID Ecosystem
DMpro is one tool in the brandID family. Here is how it works alongside Ainfluencer, your brandID profile, and Chatgram, and what data does (and doesn’t) flow between them.
brandID is the umbrella brand for a family of tools built by one team, all aimed at helping creators and small businesses reach, message, convert, and get paid. DMpro is one member of that family.
| Product | What it does |
|---|---|
| brandID | Link-in-bio platform. Your one link on Instagram or TikTok that hosts all your other links. |
| Ainfluencer | Influencer marketing marketplace connecting brands with 5M+ influencers. |
| DMpro | Instagram and TikTok DM automation (this product). |
| ContactID | B2B contact form outreach at scale, as a Chrome extension. |
| signID | E-signature platform, a DocuSign alternative. |
| bookme | Scheduling platform, Calendly-style. |
| Chatgram | Telegram-based live chat widget. |
| leadID | B2B contact data provider. |
Being part of the family means these products can share a single account (sign up once, use any product), share billing (one card across products), integrate with each other (for example, DMpro can pull your Ainfluencer campaigns and your brandID profile can host your DMpro creator info), and use a consistent design so the look, feel, and shortcuts feel familiar wherever you are.
The bundle exists because it mirrors a typical customer journey: Ainfluencer and leadID help you find people, DMpro and ContactID help you message them, brandID and bookme help you convert them (booking, signing up, engaging), and signID helps you close the deal (they sign). Using several tools together compounds efficiency because they hand off cleanly from one stage to the next.
Each product has its own pricing and its own free tier to try. If you use three or more brandID products, ask about family bundle pricing at [email protected]. Multi-tool discounts are available for Enterprise customers.
DMpro integrates directly with three sibling products:
- Ainfluencer. Pull your active influencer marketing campaigns into DMpro for use in your prompts (Brand persona).
- brandID. Pull your creator handle, niche, and link-in-bio page URL into DMpro (Creator persona).
- Chatgram. Powers the in-app support chat widget inside your DMpro dashboard.
Two more are available as indirect integrations, meaning you link out to them rather than pulling data in automatically:
- bookme. Use it to schedule meetings booked through your DM replies.
- signID. Send contracts after a DM conversation converts into a deal.
Ainfluencer and DMpro are the brand-outreach power combo. Ainfluencer helps you find creators; DMpro helps you personalize DMs to them.
Ainfluencer is an influencer marketing marketplace. Brands create campaigns describing what they need, creators (5M+ registered, 900K+ active verified) browse and apply, and brands review applications, pick creators, and pay them. Once you have a list of creators from Ainfluencer, DMpro helps you reach out to more of them (not just the ones who applied, but any relevant creator you find on Instagram or TikTok), personalize each DM with AI-written messages that reference their profile, and track which creators replied, engaged, or ignored you. In short: Ainfluencer finds the pool, DMpro executes outreach to it.
Connecting the two
From your DMpro Dashboard, go to Ainfluencer, sign in with your Ainfluencer credentials, and your active Ainfluencer campaigns are pulled in. Your access token is stored securely on DMpro’s server.
Using Ainfluencer data in prompts
Once connected, you can use these variables in your DMpro prompts:
{campaign_title}: the active campaign’s name{campaign_description}: the full campaign description{campaign_url}: a short link for creators to apply
“Hey {name}, I noticed your work on {platform}. We’re running a campaign called ‘{campaign_title}’. Here’s the details: {campaign_description}. Interested?”
Go back to DMpro Dashboard → Ainfluencer any time to pick a different active campaign to reference, or to sync applicants. Professional+ subscribers can pull the list of creators who applied to an Ainfluencer campaign directly into a DMpro campaign: create a new DMpro campaign, click Sync from Ainfluencer, pick the campaign to sync, and those applicants’ Instagram/TikTok handles are added as targets you can DM through DMpro’s bulk automation.
Each tool keeps its own dashboard (Ainfluencer at its own address, DMpro at dmpro.brandid.app), so sign in to each separately until unified login ships.
brandID is the link-in-bio landing page you host on brandid.app, the “one link” creators put in their Instagram bio. Your brandID profile holds your handle (@username), your display name, a niche description, all your links (YouTube, TikTok, shop, and so on), and optional booking, sign-up, or content sections.
When you connect brandID to DMpro, DMpro can pull that data into your prompts. Instead of writing “I’m a fashion creator” in every prompt, you use {my_niche} and DMpro fills it in automatically from your brandID profile.
Connecting the two
Go to DMpro Dashboard → Profile → Connected Services, enter your brandID handle, and DMpro fetches your public brandID data: your handle, display name, brandID URL, niche description, and any creator offerings you’ve listed (collab, billboard).
brandID variables in prompts
{my_handle}: your @username{my_url}: your brandID.app/yourname link{my_display_name}: your display name{my_niche}: your niche description
“Hi {name}, I’m {my_display_name}, a {my_niche}. Check out my work at {my_url}. Would love to collab.”
If you update your brandID profile, refresh it from DMpro Dashboard → Profile → Connected Services → brandID → Refresh, or just wait; DMpro refreshes automatically once a day.
{my_*} variables in your prompts will then fall back to empty strings, so double-check your prompts after disconnecting.Chatgram is a support chat platform where your messages to the DMpro team route through Telegram on the backend. From your side, it just looks like a normal chat widget: a bubble in the bottom-right corner of your DMpro dashboard, and optionally under Support inside the DMpro extension. Click the bubble, type your question, and send it; the DMpro support team receives it on their end (via Telegram) and responds, with replies appearing back in the Chatgram widget.
| When you message | Typical response time |
|---|---|
| Business hours (Toronto time, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm) | Usually 15 minutes to 2 hours |
| After hours / weekends | Next business day |
| Enterprise priority support | Usually within 4 hours, 24/7 |
Chatgram is a good fit for bugs or unexpected behavior, account questions, refund or billing issues, feature requests, or really anything else. It’s your fastest live channel for quick questions; for detailed inquiries with attachments (screenshots, invoice PDFs), email is usually better.
Chatgram is also a full brandID product in its own right, available for anyone to embed as a live chat widget on their own site, not just inside DMpro.
When you use multiple brandID products, some data flows across: your name (echoed from your primary brandID account), your email (the same email works across products, with a unified login on the roadmap), your creator handle (brandID’s handle is available to DMpro once you connect it), your Ainfluencer campaigns (available to DMpro once connected), and your subscription tier (relevant for family bundle pricing).
| Not shared by default | Stays in |
|---|---|
| Your DMpro prompts | DMpro only |
| Your DMpro sent messages | DMpro only |
| Your bookme meetings | bookme only |
| Your signID contracts | signID only |
| Your ContactID activity | ContactID only |
Each product’s private data stays private unless you explicitly connect two products yourself: sign in to product A, go to product B’s dashboard, click Connect [Product A], and authenticate. Nothing is shared automatically without that action on your part. Today each product still has its own login; a single sign-on that logs you into everything from brandID is on the roadmap.
Under the hood, each product stores its data in its own database, so a breach on one product doesn’t affect the others. Data is encrypted at rest per product, with access controls scoped to that product. That also means deleting your data is independent per product: deleting your DMpro account only deletes DMpro data (other products are unaffected), and deleting your brandID account only deletes brandID data (DMpro keeps working). Enterprise team plans that include multiple brandID products may have shared team management across products, negotiated per contract.
