Find Creators

How to search for creators

Search the Ainfluencer creator catalog for Instagram or TikTok creators by keyword, country, niche, audience size and quality. A first search takes about 5 minutes.

Before you start

  • Find Creators in your dashboard menu
  • A rough idea of the creators you want: platform, niche, country and audience size
1

Open Find Creators

On the dashboard, click Find Creators in the left menu. In the extension, open the account menu and choose Find Creators. The page says “Search Instagram and TikTok creators from the Ainfluencer network by country, niche, audience size and price.”

The box at the top right, REVEALS, shows that a reveal costs 3 credits, how many credits you have, and that plans include 100 to 10,000 reveals a month. Under the heading you will see three tabs: Search, My creators and Saved searches.

Searching is free (fair-use limits apply). Only revealing a creator, which unmasks the name and handle, uses reveals or credits.

Choose the platform

Next to the search box, click Instagram or TikTok. Results show creators for the platform you picked, so run a second search for the other one.

3

Type a keyword or hashtag and search

In the box (“Keywords or #hashtag: vegan, skincare, #travel”), type a few words that appear in creators’ profiles, for example skincare, or a hashtag such as #travel. Start with # to search a hashtag. A search can be up to 100 characters. Click Search.

4

Narrow the results with filters

Use the chips under the box: Country, Category, Followers, Language, Gender, Quality and More. A line under them shows how many creators match, and notes that private accounts are hidden.

  • You can pick up to 20 countries, languages or categories in one search.
  • DMpro groups audience sizes as nano (1,000 to 10,000 followers), micro (10,000 to 50,000), mid (50,000 to 500,000), macro (500,000 to 1,000,000) and mega (1,000,000 and up).
  • Quality reflects the catalog’s quality score: Great is above 50%, Good is 26% to 50% and OK is up to 25%.
  • Open More for the remaining filters.

A single search returns at most 1,000 results, so keep adding filters until the count is a list you can actually review.

Read a creator card

Each card shows a masked handle (“Reveal to see who this is”), the country flag, FOLLOWERS, ENGAGEMENT, PER POST (a price band, for example $100-250), the creator’s categories, a quality chip (Great, Good or OK quality), the language and “Updated N days ago”. A “Data may be old” tag appears on creators whose data is not recent.

The name, handle, photo and bio stay hidden until you reveal the creator.

6

Open Details to look closer

Click Details on a card. A panel slides in with the audience numbers (followers, engagement, price band, posts), the categories, and details such as country, language, account type (Personal or Business), quality and when the data was updated. Find similar in that panel searches for creators like this one.

When you like a creator, the next guide, How to reveal a creator, shows how to unmask them.

Tips

  • Search a hashtag and a niche category together to avoid broad results.
  • Check the update date and the “Data may be old” tag before you spend credits on a reveal.
  • Save a search you will use again. The guide How to save a creator search shows how.
  • You can also ask a connected AI app to search for you, for example “Find micro-influencers in Canada who post about vegan food”. Searching is free there too.

If something goes wrong

The handles show as dots.

That is intended. Handles and names stay hidden until you reveal a creator. Revealing uses a monthly reveal if your plan has any left, otherwise 3 credits.

I get too many results, or only 1,000.

A search shows at most 1,000 results. Add a country, category, follower range, language or quality filter to narrow it down.

Some creators I expected are missing.

Private accounts are hidden by default. The catalog also only contains creators from the Ainfluencer network, and some entries can be out of date.
