Rewards

Rewards is a dedicated area of your DMpro workspace built around referral score challenges and prize redemptions. It’s one of the main areas listed in your sidebar alongside Overview, Campaigns, and Conversations.

In short, Rewards is where DMpro tracks your referral activity and lets you redeem prizes for it, separate from the campaign automation tools covered elsewhere in this Help Center.

Rewards appears as one of the primary areas in your left sidebar (or the menu on mobile), alongside the other core areas of your workspace. Click Rewards in the sidebar to open it.

Referral score challenges are the goals inside the Rewards area tied to your referral activity, the score DMpro tracks as you refer others.

Prize redemptions are how you claim prizes you’ve earned through referral score challenges. You redeem prizes directly from the Rewards area in your workspace.

We haven’t published a full breakdown of available prizes or the redemption steps yet. If you’re ready to redeem a prize or have a question about what’s available to you, contact Contact Support and the team can walk you through it.
