Upgrade to Pro via Stripe

  1. Click Plans in sidebar or Upgrade in sidebar footer.
  2. On /plans, adjust Build Your Plan conversation slider.
  3. Click Upgrade to Pro — Stripe Checkout opens in new tab.
  4. Enter payment method — on success, plan updates immediately.
  5. Return to /dashboard — sidebar shows Pro plan name.

Conversation overage

  1. Free plan: after 250 conversations, overage bills at $0.08/conversation via Stripe.
  2. Pro plan: overage at 3× your tier’s per-conversation rate.
  3. View usage on Overview meters — amber at 80%, red at 100%.

Redeem gift code

  1. Navigate to /gift.
  2. Enter gift code from email or promotion.
  3. Click Redeem — plan upgrades or credits apply instantly.
  4. Confirmation shows new plan tier and expiration if applicable.

Downgrade

  1. On /plans, click Manage subscription (Stripe Customer Portal).
  2. Select Downgrade to Free or lower Pro tier.
  3. Downgrade takes effect at end of billing period.
  4. Multi-account campaigns and collaborator invites deactivate if exceeding Free limits — validation warns before downgrade.

Enterprise

  1. Click Contact sales on Enterprise card.
  2. Opens System Messages or brandID contact form.
  3. SSO/SAML, white-label, dedicated infrastructure, custom AI fine-tuning.
