Shopify App

Chatgram has an official Shopify app. Installation follows the standard Shopify App Store flow:

1. Go to the Shopify App Store
2. Search for “Chatgram”
3. Click Install
4. Approve the app’s permissions on your store
5. Follow the setup prompts to connect your Chatgram account

Once installed, the Chatgram widget appears on your Shopify storefront automatically, no theme editing required.

The Chatgram Shopify app is listed on the Shopify App Store. Search for “Chatgram” or visit the app’s page directly. It’s the official app published by Chatgram / brandID.

You can also install from your Shopify admin: Apps → Shopify App Store, then search for “Chatgram”.

Yes. The Chatgram app uses Shopify’s App Blocks / App Embed API (or a similar theme-agnostic hook), which works across all modern Shopify themes.

You don’t need to modify your theme’s Liquid files, and the widget will continue to work if you change themes in the future.

Yes. Chatgram doesn’t replace Shopify’s built-in “Contact Us” page or contact form; it’s an additional channel. You can:

• Keep Shopify’s contact form for people who prefer to reach you via that route
• Use Chatgram for real-time, in-context questions on any product or landing page
• Or fully replace the built-in form with Chatgram if you prefer everything in one place

Most stores end up using Chatgram as the primary channel because tickets arriving in Telegram get answered faster than emails piling up in a shared inbox.

After installing, the app takes you to a setup screen where you:

1. Connect your Chatgram account (or create one)
2. Confirm your Shopify store domain (the .myshopify.com or custom domain)
3. Optionally customise the widget’s appearance (colour, position)
4. Optionally set an AI knowledge base for the store

All settings can be changed later from the Chatgram web admin panel or from the Shopify app’s settings page.
