WordPress Plugin
Install the official Chatgram plugin from the WordPress plugin store. No coding, no theme edits.
Chatgram has an official plugin on the WordPress plugin store. Installation is a standard WordPress plugin flow:
- Sign in to your WordPress admin dashboard
- Go to Plugins → Add New
- Search for “Chatgram”
- Click Install Now, then Activate
- Follow the plugin’s setup prompts to connect your Chatgram account
Once activated, the Chatgram widget appears on your WordPress site automatically. No code, no theme edits.
The Chatgram WordPress plugin is listed on the official WordPress plugin directory. You can find it two ways:
- From your WordPress admin: go to Plugins → Add New and search for “Chatgram”.
- From wordpress.org: search for “Chatgram” in the plugin directory at wordpress.org/plugins.
Both routes point to the same official plugin published by Chatgram / brandID.
After installing and activating the plugin, look for the Chatgram settings page in your WordPress admin sidebar (or under Settings → Chatgram, depending on your admin theme).
The plugin walks you through a connection flow that links your WordPress site to your Chatgram account. Typically this involves:
- Signing in to Chatgram (or creating an account if you don’t have one)
- Confirming the domain of your WordPress site
- Approving the connection
Once connected, incoming messages from your WordPress site arrive as tickets in your Telegram chat.
No. The WordPress plugin is designed for non-technical users. You don’t need to write code, edit your theme’s PHP files, or paste snippets into your header.
Everything is done through the standard WordPress admin UI: install, activate, connect. If you’ve installed any WordPress plugin before, Chatgram will feel identical.
Yes. A single Chatgram account can manage multiple websites across different channels: WordPress, Shopify, plain HTML, JavaScript apps, mobile apps, browser extensions. All of them show up in the same admin panel and Telegram chat.
Each site is a separate ticket queue, so incoming messages carry which site they came from. You can even give different sites different team members and different AI knowledge bases.
