Insert affiliate link token

1. In any Send DM, Send message, or Reply on comment body field, type {{affiliate_link}}.
2. DMpro replaces the token with a unique tracked URL per fan at send time.
3. Tracking endpoint: /dmpro-link-track/{token} (365-day default TTL).

Configure affiliate source

1. In campaign builder inspector, open Affiliate source panel.
2. Choose source type: – Manual URL — paste destination link directly – Custom catalog — pick product from uploaded CSV catalog – Connected store — pick product from Shopify/WooCommerce/Etsy sync
3. Preview resolved URL in live preview panel.

View click counts

1. Open /campaigns/{id}/manage or campaign row on /campaigns.
2. Affiliate clicks metric shows total tracked clicks.
3. On /dashboard, Affiliate clicks chart aggregates across campaigns.
4. Export click data via API or contact support for bulk reports.

• Use unique campaigns per offer for clean attribution.
• Combine with Comment on Post trigger for viral Reel link delivery.
• Pro plans support multi-account campaigns with shared affiliate tracking.

Add AI Response block

1. In builder palette (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram), drag AI Response.
2. Inspector opens AI mode selector.

One-time response mode

1. Select One time response.
2. Enter AI instructions — system prompt describing tone, offers, and rules.
3. AI generates a single reply per trigger event.
4. Deliver as: DM or Reply on comment (Instagram comment triggers only).

Continuous conversation mode

1. Select Continuous conversation.
2. Set Max follow-up messages (1″100).
3. Set Idle timeout (1″1440 minutes) — conversation ends after inactivity.
4. AI maintains thread context across fan replies within the session.

Context documents

1. In AI Response inspector, click Add context file.
2. Upload .txt, product catalog export, or FAQ document.
3. AI references uploaded content when generating replies.
4. Remove or replace files anytime — republish campaign to apply.

AI credits and billing

When credits exhaust, campaigns with AI steps **pause** and validation banner shows **AI limit reached** — top up on `/plans` or wait for monthly reset (Free).
