How To Use Chatgram

Web Admin Panel

Passwordless dashboard at chatgram-admin.brandid.app for tickets, team, AI, and billing.

The web admin panel at chatgram-admin.brandid.app is a browser dashboard for managing your Chatgram account. It provides:

  • A ticket queue with full search, filter, and archive
  • Website management: create, verify, configure
  • Team management: invite, promote, remove members
  • AI settings: enable/disable, knowledge base editing (better in a browser than in chat)
  • Billing and plan management
  • Usage stats and analytics

You can run Chatgram entirely from Telegram, entirely from the web panel, or (most people) from both, depending on the task.

Chatgram uses passwordless authentication, no passwords to remember, no phishing to worry about. Two ways to sign in:

  • From the Telegram bot: tap Open in your browser. The bot gives you a one-time signed link. Click it and you’re in.
  • Via magic email link: enter your email on the sign-in page. Chatgram emails you a link that signs you in when clicked.

Both link types work for a few minutes and can be used once. If a link expires or gets used, just request a fresh one.

To sign in via magic link:

  1. Go to chatgram-admin.brandid.app
  2. Enter your email address on the sign-in screen
  3. Check your inbox for the magic link email
  4. Click the link, it signs you in and drops you into the dashboard

Magic links expire quickly (usually within a few minutes) for security. If you don’t use it right away, request a new one.

Requires an email on file. To use email sign-in, you need to have set an email address on your Chatgram account. Set it in the bot under 👤 Account → ✉️ Email.

Both surfaces cover the same features, but some tasks are much more comfortable in the browser:

  • Editing a long AI knowledge base (up to 400,000 characters, better done in a text editor than pasting into chat)
  • Searching through past tickets with filters (date range, sender, category, status)
  • Viewing usage stats and charts
  • Managing billing, upgrades, cancellations, invoices
  • Customising email templates with visual preview

Ongoing operational work (replying to individual tickets as they arrive) is still often faster in Telegram because of push notifications.

To set or change the email on your account:

  1. Open the Chatgram Telegram bot
  2. Navigate to 👤 Account → ✉️ Email
  3. Enter the email address you want to use
  4. Confirm the entry (the bot may ask you to verify)

Once set, you can use magic-link email sign-in to the web admin panel, and Chatgram can send you notifications there when appropriate.

Magic links are one-time and short-lived (usually valid for a few minutes). If yours expired before you clicked, or you already used it, you’ll see an error page telling you the link is invalid.

Fix: just request a new link. Go back to the sign-in page, enter your email again, and a fresh link will arrive within seconds. Old links can’t be reused, so nothing bad happens if one leaked.

Tip. Prefer using the “Open in your browser” button in the Telegram bot when possible. It generates a signed link on-demand and skips the email round-trip.
