Dashboard & Managing Pages

Dashboard & Managing Pages

Your My Pages dashboard is where you create, switch between, and manage every brandID page you own, and it sits inside the same navigation shell (sidebar, top bar, and account menu) you’ll use everywhere else in brandID.

Go to brandid.app/dashboard and you’ll land on “My pages,” the home base for every bio-link page you own. Across the top you’ll find a search box (on desktop and tablet), pills showing how many pages are live and how many are offline, and a “Create new” button.

Below that, each page you own shows up as its own card with a live preview, a “Member since {year}” caption, your page’s address (brandid.app/yourslug), a publish toggle, and a kebab menu (the “⋮” icon) for more actions like rename, share, duplicate, and delete.

While your pages are loading you’ll see “Loading your pages…”. If something goes wrong, you’ll see “Could not load your pages. Please refresh.” And if you don’t have any pages yet, the grid is simply empty, there’s no special illustration, just the header, search box, and “Create new” button.

You can start a new page from two places:

  • Click “Create new” on the My Pages dashboard.
  • Or open your profile menu (click your avatar/name in the top bar) and choose “Create new brandID.”

Either one takes you into the claim flow, where you set up the next page under your account.

brandID keeps track of one “active” page at a time, the one that opens when you jump into the editor. There are a couple of ways to switch which page is active:

  • On /dashboard, hover over (or tap, on mobile) a page card to reveal an “Enter” button. Clicking it makes that page active if it wasn’t already, then opens it in the editor.
  • Open your profile menu and use “Switch Pages,” which expands into a list of every page you own. Click a page in that list to switch to it and jump into the editor.

Tip: choosing “Rename” or “Settings” from a page’s kebab menu also switches that page active first, automatically, before opening the rename window or the Settings page.

Open the kebab menu (“⋮”) on the page’s card and choose “Rename.” A window opens titled “Change your username to the required name,” showing your current address as brandid.app/yourslug.

  1. Click the pencil icon to enter edit mode.
  2. Type your new username. brandID checks availability as you type, showing “Checking…”, “Available”, or “Already taken.”
  3. Click “Submit” (only enabled once the name is changed and available) to save, or “Cancel” to back out.

Usernames need to be 3 to 30 characters long, and can only use letters, digits, underscores, and periods.

Open the page’s kebab menu and choose “Duplicate.” There’s no confirmation step, a copy is created right away and a new card appears in your grid on the My Pages dashboard.

Open the page’s kebab menu and choose “Delete.” A confirmation window opens: “Delete this page? {page name} will be permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.”

Click “Yes, I’m sure” to confirm (it shows “Deleting…” while it processes), or “Go Back” to cancel. You can also click outside the window or press Escape to cancel.

Warning: deleting a page is permanent. There’s no undo, so make sure it’s the page you meant to remove.

Open that page’s kebab menu and choose “Share.” A window opens titled “Share your bio-link,” showing that page’s public URL with a “Copy” button, plus a QR code with a “Download QR” link so you can save the image and use it anywhere (print, packaging, stories, and so on). Close the window with the “✕” button.

The “Share” button in the top bar (visible on the My Pages dashboard and the main editor screens) shares your current active page, rather than a specific card. Click it to open a menu with a promo banner and these rows:

  • “Copy My brandID Link”
  • “My brandID QR code”

Clicking a row copies your link to your clipboard, opens your QR code, or opens that platform’s share window in a new tab. Close the menu by clicking outside it or pressing Escape.

Each page card has a publish toggle switch in the top-right corner of its preview. Flip it and the badge on the card updates between “Live” (green, with a pulsing dot) and “Offline” (grey dot). The change applies instantly, and if anything goes wrong it’s automatically rolled back.

While a page is offline, its preview on the card shows a placeholder that says “Preview off.” Once it’s live, the card shows a small working preview of the real public page, along with a “Refresh preview” button.

On desktop, a narrow sidebar sits on the left of the screen with your brandID logo at the top (click it to jump to the editor) and six sections underneath: Links & Products, Design, AI Video Translator, Analytics, Payments & Payouts, and Settings.

On mobile and tablet, this becomes a bottom tab bar with three main tabs (Links & Products, Design, AI Video Translator, shown with short labels) plus a “More” button that opens a popover with the remaining three: Analytics, Payments & Payouts, and Settings.

This navigation shell only shows up on dashboard-related screens (My Pages, Account, Billing, Plans, and the six sections above), it won’t appear on your public page or the marketing site.

Note: the wallet balance pill and the “Watch tutorial” icon that sit next to Share in the top bar are currently placeholders and don’t do anything yet when clicked.

Click your avatar or name in the top bar to open it. From top to bottom, it includes:

  • Switch Pages: an expandable list of every page you own, for jumping between them.
  • Manage Pages: takes you to the My Pages dashboard (brandid.app/dashboard).
  • Create new brandID: starts a new page through the claim flow.
  • Account and Plans: your account settings and brandID’s plan/pricing page.
  • View FAQs: opens brandID’s public FAQ site in a new tab.
  • Logout: signs you out (shows “Logging out…” briefly) and returns you to the login page.

Look for the floating “Need Help?” button, it appears on nearly every dashboard screen (it’s hidden on checkout pages). Clicking it opens brandID’s live chat widget if it’s loaded, or a support form if it isn’t.

In the support form, pick an issue type (Feedback, Bug Report, Feature, or Support), then fill in “Your Email” (required), “Your Name” (optional), “Subject” (required), and “Message” (required, at least 10 characters, with a live character counter), then click “Submit.” You’ll see “Ticket submitted successfully” once it goes through, or “Could not submit your ticket. Please try again.” if something fails.

You’ll also find a “Let us build your brand” button nearby, which opens brandID’s managed-package service in a new tab if you’d rather have the brandID team build your page for you.
